“50 Ways to Leave Your Lover” - G. Love w/ The Avett Brothers
Not only have I been obsessed with this song lately, but everything fares well with a tiny Avett upgrade.
Whenever I am about to see the Avetts again…
I think back to this video which is one of the first of theirs I saw. I googled “bands like the Everly Brothers” looking for harmonies when I was on an Everly kick and what a good idea that turned out to be.
This is still one my favorite songs.
Seeing the Avetts tonight in Tuscaloosa.
The first time I’ve seen them play anywhere but Chicago. So excited and just jamming out to them and reading my book until it is time to go! It’s been a long time comin’…
Crackerfarm, please do a vignette like this on the Avetts’ show in Tuscaloosa. Please, please.

Back to work.
Someone forgot to mention that Mumford and Sons covered the Avett Brothers last night… wish I could have seen that!
Whoa!
November Blue, The Avett Brothers.
My heart is dancing to a November tune.
November reblogs. Just can’t believe that October is over so soon!
It’s so great but bummed Ten Thousand Words isn’t on there!
Sweet Olive Tree - Langhorne Slim & Seth Avett, Crystal Ballroom 8.30.10 (via allisonshellaway)

Good thing I will be seeing them 3 times in 2010 (not to mention ‘08/’09)!

1:32 - 1:50.
And I think to myself, what a wonderful world.
